Anatomy of the orofacial complex. Hyoid mechanics. The fascial continuum from tongue to thoracic outlet.

Assessment Frameworks

Clinical screening protocols for tongue posture, breath pattern, and airway. Evidence and limitations of each.

Hands-On Protocols

Suboccipital release, hyoid mobilisation, and intra-oral technique sequenced for chiro, osteo, and physio practice.

Inter-disciplinary Referral

Working with myofunctional dentists, SLPs, and ENTs. When to refer, what to communicate, how to co-manage.
